How do I select the right VFD size for my motor?
Match the inverter's rated output current to your motor's nameplate current (not just kW). For heavy-duty or high-inertia loads (crushers, hoists, cranes), select one frame size up. Send us your motor nameplate photo and application — we will confirm the selection within 24 hours.
Can a solar pump inverter work with my existing pump?
Yes. IDEEI solar pump inverters output standard 3-phase 380V/400V/440V AC and drive any standard 3-phase induction motor — submersible or surface. Single-phase 220V output versions are available for smaller pumps. No batteries are required.
What should I do when the drive shows a fault code?
Note the exact fault code (e.g. OC, OV, OH) and the operating condition when it occurred. Most faults are wiring, parameter or load related and can be resolved remotely. Send the code and a photo of your wiring to our support team on WhatsApp for same-day diagnosis.
Do you provide parameter settings before shipment?
Yes. For project and OEM orders we can pre-load your application parameters at the factory, so the drive is plug-and-play on site. Parameter files can also be sent digitally for self-configuration.
How do I claim warranty service?
All IDEEI products carry a 24-month warranty. Contact us with the product serial number, a description of the fault and photos/video. Confirmed defects are covered by free repair, spare boards or replacement units shipped by express.
Can you support integration with PLC or remote monitoring systems?
Yes. RS485 Modbus-RTU is standard on IDEEI drives; PROFIBUS-DP, CANopen, CANlink and GPRS/Wi-Fi IoT modules are available as options. We provide register maps and integration guidance for your automation team.
