24-Month Factory Warranty

Every IDEEI drive carries a 24-month warranty from the shipment date. Confirmed manufacturing defects within the warranty period are resolved with repair, spare boards or replacement units shipped by express at our cost. Warranty claims are handled directly by the factory — no dealer chain.

Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) — 30 Days

If a unit fails to power on or is functionally defective on first correct installation, report it within 30 days of delivery. After remote diagnosis with our engineers, confirmed DOA units are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund of the product price.

Return Material Authorization (RMA)

• Contact info@vfdinverters.com with your order number, serial number and a description (photos or video help) before returning anything.
• We issue an RMA number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
• For warranty returns, we cover one-way freight by standard shipping; for non-warranty returns, return freight and any import charges at our port are the buyer’s cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-built, OEM/private-label or firmware-customized units are non-returnable except for confirmed manufacturing defects covered by warranty.
• Units damaged by incorrect wiring, overvoltage, water ingress, physical damage or unauthorized disassembly are not covered by warranty or return.
• Consumable accessories and opened spare-part kits are non-returnable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after the returned unit passes incoming inspection, or immediately after refund approval for DOA cases where return is waived. We confirm every refund by email.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before production is scheduled. Once production has started, cancellations of custom or OEM orders may incur material costs, which we itemize transparently.
