The QB100-PV supports AC/DC hybrid input. When solar power is insufficient, it automatically switches to grid power or generator backup (if connected). Alternatively, it enters sleep mode at night and auto-restarts at sunrise—protecting your pump while maximizing solar usage.
The inverter uses sensor-free dry-run protection technology. It monitors motor current and power consumption to detect when the well is empty. If dry-run is detected, the system shuts down automatically to prevent pump damage and will retry periodically until water is available.
