The S3300 supports three control modes: open-loop vector control, closed-loop vector control with encoder feedback, and V/F control. Closed-loop mode provides ±0.02% speed stability and 0Hz/200% starting torque for precision lifting operations.
Yes. The S3300 includes professional brake control timing logic with configurable release frequency, release current threshold, release time, and holding time. This prevents hook slip during stops and power loss conditions.
The unit includes overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, input and output phase loss, ground fault, encoder fault, and module overheat protection. It also provides application-specific safety functions including anti-fall protection, overload limiting, emergency stop, limit switch monitoring, and low-voltage protection to prevent load slip.
The S3300 supports RS485, Profibus-DP, CANlink, and CANopen protocols. An RS485 communication expansion card enables Modbus-RTU communication with host computers, PLCs, or touch panels for IoT-enabled real-time status monitoring and predictive maintenance.
