Q: Do I need to buy batteries?
A: No. The 33PV series is designed to power the pump directly using solar energy, which significantly reduces system costs and maintenance compared to battery-based systems.
Q: Can I install this myself?
A: While the unit comes with a quick start guide and is easy to set up, we recommend installation by a qualified electrician, especially for 380V high-voltage connections.
Q: How do I choose the solar panels?
A: For a 380V pump, connect enough panels in series to reach a Vmp (working voltage) of around 540V DC. Total panel power should be at least 1.3x the pump’s rated power.
